Step 2: Verification
Before any payment is made, we verify the factory, the distributor and the quality of the product. Physical inspections, certification checks and compliance reviews — so you can buy with confidence.
We visit manufacturers and distributors in person to verify their production capacity, quality management systems, certifications (CE, DoP, ETA), warehousing conditions and delivery reliability. If something doesn't meet our standards, we don't recommend it — simple as that.
Before goods leave the factory or enter our warehouse, we check product quality against your specifications: dimensions, finish, packaging, labelling and compliance with Irish and UK standards. We document everything with photos and reports.
Quality control doesn't stop after the first order. We maintain regular supplier reviews, track delivery performance, handle claims and replacements, and continuously benchmark pricing and quality across our supplier network.
